Terms of Service
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the service and the conditions of providing services and selling products.
§ 1 General provisions
1. The owner and operator of the service is the entity indicated in the page footer and on the Contact page.
2. These Terms are made available free of charge in a way that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed.
§ 2 Definitions
Terms used: Operator - the entity running the service; User - any person using the service; Customer - a User submitting an inquiry or order; Order - a declaration of will of the Customer aimed at concluding a contract; Quote - a commercial offer prepared by the Operator.
§ 3 Service usage rules
1. Use of the service is voluntary and free of charge.
2. The User is obliged to use the service in accordance with the law, good practices and these Terms.
3. The User must not provide content of an unlawful nature.
§ 4 Inquiries, quotes and orders
1. The Customer may submit an inquiry through the forms available in the service.
2. A Quote is prepared individually and does not constitute an offer in the meaning of the Polish Civil Code until expressly accepted by both parties.
3. An Order is placed upon the Customer’s acceptance of the Quote. Delivery and payment terms are agreed individually each time.
§ 5 Payments
Payments are made by bank transfer or via a payment provider, based on the issued invoice or order confirmation.
§ 6 Complaints and withdrawal
1. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to the Operator’s address indicated in the footer. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
2. Consumers have rights under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to exceptions provided by law (e.g. products made to individual specification).
§ 7 Liability
The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the service or from force majeure.
§ 8 Personal data
Rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
§ 9 Final provisions
1. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons. Such changes do not affect the acquired rights of Customers.
2. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. Disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Operator’s seat; with respect to Consumers - in accordance with general provisions of law.
